Day 40 – Sweat and Runnng

Okay you can’t see it but that’s me sweating like crazy. I have two speeds, on and off. So an hour of cardio for me means getting my sweat on.

Good week of workouts. Hope it helps. Gonna try to get down my pound for the week but that means a good diet this weekend and maybe some hardcore DDP yoga.
